Electrical fire shuts Lake County Courthouse in Gary

There was a small electrical fire in the basement of Lake County Courthouse in Gary, IN. The Gary Fire Department and Gary Police Department assisted in evacuating the Courthouse area and extinguishing the fire. No one was injured, and the Lake County Courthouse in Gary will be closed for the remainder of the week.
